Jennifer Pipin is a dedicated residential real estate professional, wife, mother, and passionate advocate for making a positive difference in the lives of others. With more than 20 years of experience in Metro Atlanta real estate, Jennifer has built her career on meaningful relationships, integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people.

Jennifer’s connection to Third Ladder began through her relationship with Rachel Ho, a client whose heart for serving others and genuine compassion inspired Jennifer to become involved. Seeing Rachel’s dedication to helping people navigate difficult seasons reinforced Jennifer’s belief that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a lasting difference.

Jennifer is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of Third Ladder, supporting its mission to meet people with kindness, restore hope, and create pathways toward healing and a brighter future. She looks forward to using her relationships, professional experience, and passion for helping others to support the organization’s continued impact.

Jennifer and her husband, Billy, reside in Acworth Georgia. Faith, family, and meaningful connections are at the heart of her life.
